Setting Rules

The core capability is an IF-THEN rules engine. You can trigger notifications from nearly any property inside a Notion database.

Common IF conditions

• A date property is today
• A status changes from In progress to Done
• A Formula output matches a specific result
• A page remains in the same state for too long

Common THEN actions

• Send a Feishu or Bark notification
• Push the reminder into an external system through Webhook
• Show a native desktop notification
