Troubleshooting

If a rule does not match, check database permissions, property names, trigger conditions, and whether the actual Notion data matches the rule inputs you configured.

If a notification does not arrive, check whether the channel is enabled, whether the secret is valid, and whether a default or rule-level custom channel has been configured correctly.

Recommended checks

  • Use a dry run first before assuming the scheduler is the problem.
  • For Formula, Rollup, and Relation properties, inspect the API return value and compare it with what the Notion UI shows.
